Refunds

If for any reason your GSS LLC purchase is unsatisfactory, we will issue a refund within 30 days of the original receipt date of shipping. If the purchase is due to a warranted defect in workmanship or missing components, we will also refund any original shipping charges.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the pre-authorized returned item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error or defective merchandise, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
