Return ProcedurePlease contact our Customer Service Department to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and details about your return process. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
We will not accept returns without a RMA number. Any items returned to GSS LLC without a pre-authorized RMA will be returned, post-paid shipping. If you have lost your receipt, you may still be able to return your purchase by contacting our Customer Service Department. You will simply need to provide us with the name, address, and email address of the person who purchased the product for verification purposes. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. All items must be in new condition, including the original packaging. All items must be shipped prepaid. GSS LLC will refund the original shipping charges only for defective/damaged merchandise or due to our error. We will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.
